Brouage: Maison Champlain

On the 400th anniversary of the founding of Acadie, the Canadian government made a significant investment in a number of projects in France, one of which was in Brouage, the birthplace of Samuel de Champlain. Since Dugua was being feted as the leader of the expedition of 1604, this tribute to Champlain seemed somehow out of place.
